Informational site

Content on this website—including service descriptions and pricing—is informational. It does not create a contract until we issue a written proposal or statement of work that you accept. There is no online checkout or payment processing on this site.

Engagements

Scoped analytics work begins only after mutual written agreement covering deliverables, timeline, fees, and dependencies (for example access to telemetry, environments, and stakeholders). You are responsible for securing any permissions needed for us to review systems and data you control.

Intellectual property

Unless a statement of work says otherwise, you own the final deliverables prepared specifically for you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, templates, and the Signal Atlas framework. Site content, branding, and design remain ours.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, or submit unlawful or abusive content through forms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. For paid engagements, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits limitation (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
