App analytics that help compare regions start from shared journeys, then measure the same percentiles with the same definitions. Edge and origin contributions should be separable; otherwise teams argue about CDN behaviour using application logs.

Geographic variance deserves a theme, not a collage. Cold starts in one region, chatty dependencies in another, and uneven traffic shapes are different stories. Bundle them only when the evidence says they share a cause.

When the shortlist is clear, ongoing watch becomes lighter. That is the point of a multi-region response map: fewer standing charts, more durable questions.
